2. THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ELITETC GBOOSTERSUPPLY

By accessing, downloading, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any code of conduct that we may introduce in the future. If you permit a minor to use the Service, you agree that the minor will comply with these Terms.

You must also comply with all applicable laws regarding intellectual property, privacy, defamation, and related matters.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. elitetcgboostersupply is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice.

6. CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS

You may not post or transmit material that:

(ii) Is abusive, illegal, obscene, offensive, or threatening;
(iii) Encourages unlawful behavior;

We may monitor content, but are not obligated to do so. We may remove content at our discretion and cooperate with law enforcement as required.

7. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you may need to create an elitetcgboostersupply account. You agree to:

(i) Provide accurate and complete information;
(ii) Keep the information updated;
(iii) Maintain only one account;
(iv) Not use another person’s account;
(v) Be responsible for your account activity.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations or to protect the community.

Parents permitting minors to use the Service are responsible for supervising their activity.

8. CONTESTS; SWEEPSTAKES

Any contests or sweepstakes referenced on the Service have their own rules, which must be read and agreed to before participating.

9. EVENTS AND COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

Any elitetcgboostersupply-related events, tournaments, meetups, or community programs referenced on the Service may be run by third-party organizers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of event information or rankings.

11. VIRTUAL CONTENT

We may allow you to purchase or redeem digital items (“Virtual Content”), including digital cards, collectibles, or credits.

Virtual Content:

  • Has no monetary value

  • Cannot be exchanged outside the Service

  • Is licensed, not sold

  • May be modified or removed at any time

  • Is non-transferable and non-sublicensable

12. PURCHASING VIRTUAL CONTENT

All Virtual Content purchases are billed through our payment processor. Prices exclude taxes. You agree not to reverse charges or commit fraud.

ALL PURCHASES OF VIRTUAL CONTENT ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Unused Virtual Content is not compensated upon account closure.

13. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We may issue updates or patches that you must install to continue using the Service. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without liability.

14. DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. elitetcgboostersupply is not liable for damages related to your use or inability to use the Service.

Liability is limited to $100.00.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold elitetcgboostersupply harmless against claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms, along with our Privacy Notice, are the entire agreement between you and elitetcgboostersupply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. You agree to the jurisdiction of Washington state and federal courts. The parties waive trial by jury.
