Return Policy

This Online Purchases Return Policy is incorporated into and in addition to the elitetcgboostersupply Terms of Use.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, you may return any eligible item within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, your item must be new and in the same original condition you received it in. Any clothing must be clean, unwashed, and unworn with all tags still attached.

Final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, digital products, trading cards, and products containing trading cards. Digital products can include, but are not limited to, download codes for video games and video game expansions.

Please make sure the product is adequately packed, and whenever possible, return items in the original packaging they were sent to you in. Returns not sent in the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

Once your returned item is received, we will notify you via email that your item has been received and that the refund is being processed. All refunds go to the original purchaser. Credits or refunds will be issued to the same payment method and account used to place the original order.

Replacements and exchanges are not supported. Customers may return their original order for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement item. You will be responsible for paying the price of the new replacement item.

To begin a return, click the “Start a Return” button below. To complete your return successfully, you will need the e-mail address used for the purchase and your order number. Your order number can be found in your purchase confirmation e-mail.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for the refund to be processed once your return shipment is received. If you have any questions at any time regarding the status of your return, please open a support ticket at our support page.
